(svn r8861) [0.5] -Backport from trunk (r8526, r8792, r8825, r8843):

- Add stubs for unsupported newgrf station properties (r8526)
 - Be more strict about grf-string input (r8792, r8825)
 - Fix an off-by-one error in GRFComment (r8843)
