(svn r1281) -Fix: the OS/2 is now finished. Fixes:

- Networking
  - File selector issue
  - Keyboard input
  - Dedicated server console issue (use dedicated.cmd to open a server)
  - Plus many other minor issues

but during testing, I found that when MIDI was enabled, I got no sound
effects. I therefore decided to DISABLE music by default.
