Fix 7b091000b0: Missing 32bpp-to-8bpp sprites due to ZOOM_LVL_NORMAL changes. (#13349)
ZOOM_LVL_NORMAL was change from 4x zoomed in to 1x zoom, loop should be using ZOOM_LVL_BEGIN.pull/13350/head
